5 cups Gluten Free Granola
⅓ cup Melted Coconut Oil
⅓ cup Maple Syrup
⅓ cup Pure Local Honey
⅓ cup chia seeds (optional)
½ cup Nut(s) of choice (optional) - I recommend walnuts and sliced almonds
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (Optional)
12 tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
4 oz Mini Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Preheat Oven to 350 F.

Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) into a large mixing bowl.

Mix well until all of the oats are coated.

Spread evenly onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet or stone.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Toss and redistribute ingredients evenly on pan again.

Bake again for another 10 minutes.

Toss on pan again. If done to your liking, take it out and allow to cool. If you want it a bit more "done", put it back in for 3-5 minutes at a time until you're happy with it.

Allow to cool completely (will harden/get a bit more crunchy as it cools). Then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips if desired!
